Our development workflow
1. RFQ & Claim Review
We review product category, target market, quantity, timeline, material direction, labeling language and brand-claim boundaries.
2. Tech Pack & Pattern
Construction details, measurements, grading, articulation, trims and seam-tape maps are clarified before sampling.
3. Prototype & Approval
Fit, pocket placement, hood geometry, waterproof zippers and sample comments are converted into an approved production standard.
4. Bulk, QC & Export
Material booking, cutting, sewing, seam sealing, measurement checks, packing and shipment documents are coordinated.
